Years ago in my ‘former’ life I didn’t ‘get’ or understand the incredible
benefits of meditation. In fact, in my lack of awareness, I have to admit
I was pretty cynical about it.
Now I thrive on it and my intuition grows stronger and stronger. For
many years all my business decisions have been based on intuition,
my gut feel and it’s never let me down!
Many wonderful things happen in meditation. Some are physical
and some are spiritual.
Numerous studies have shown that those who meditate experience
reduced stress and strain, are less irritable, go through the day
with greater clarity, make better decisions and enjoy a greater
sense of well-being.
In our outer world, we have become accustomed to the idea
that in order to ‘be’ something, we first have to ‘do’ something.
So the process we generally think of for happiness and success
is “Do, Have, Be”.
However, we now know that the correct order of the creative
process is “Be, Do, Have”.
Too many people try and force a situation to happen, they work
hard not smart. By learning to just ‘Be’, to sit quietly has been
one of my greatest breakthroughs.
The likes of Albert Einstein and Thomas Edison used to ‘sit’ in
meditation for solutions and ideas.
As we grow in the understanding of our true nature, of our spiritual
heritage, and as we become increasingly aware of the spiritual
support available to us, we become increasingly better able to ‘Be’
the person who deserves all that we desire.
As we are able to ‘Be’ this person, we automatically are energized
to ‘Do’ the things that move us toward our goal. We are divinely
guided and directed through our intuition and that which we need
is drawn to us. This is universal law and in recent years has
been called the Law of Attraction.
Answers come to us, solutions become obvious and we see
possibilities we never thought of before.
If you haven’t meditated before just start with 10 minutes a day.
Relax your body and focus on your breathing and practice
just ‘being’.
Imagine your energy field, your consciousness, expanding.
You may FEEL yourself expand as though you were actually
growing. Remember all your limitations live only in your
consciousness.
After a few minutes start to visualise yourself enjoying all
the things you desire in your life. The key here is to FEEL
the feeling of having achieved your goals. This aligns
your energy to success.
This may take a bit of practice to begin with to really feel
the feeling, but this is an integral part of successful manifestation.
We are all vibrations in nature and your ‘feeling’ is your signal
as to what frequency you are vibrating on.
A shift in consciousness from lack and limitation is what is required
here and this is a great way to go about it.
If you struggle to begin with to feel the feeling of success,
don’t give up, it really does come with practice.
In the meantime deliberately focus on the feeling of gratitude for all
the good in your life right now and you will attract more
things into your life to be grateful for!
