At the beginning of January I was in the studio of Wave 105 Radio with Andy Jackson.

As always we had great fun and talked about the power of positive thinking, how it changed my life and how I found happiness again.   We talked about my amazing experience when I went undercover to find people to help in Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire TV programme.
