I just had to share this exciting and highly inspirational video of the GoPro story (a high quality, compact, waterproof video recording device).  My twin sons Rich and Nick have one and with it capture their amazing life experiences.  They love skiing, surfing and sky diving amongst other things.

This video is only 7 minutes long and it starts as the GoPro Founder and CEO, Nicholas Woodman steps off his private jet and shouts MANY THANKS TO THE UNIVERSE!

He says, “People think GoPro is an overnight success, but it’s a classic 10 year overnight success”.  He had his fair share of failure but didn’t give up.

It’s worth remembering that SO many highly successful people have experienced more than one ‘failure’, but they don’t ‘do’ failure, they call it feedback and learn from it.

He explains how he went surfing for inspiration and had his light bulb moment.  He found something he was passionate about and satisfied a need in the market place.

He’s now a billionaire…. and a very nice guy too.
